What we do with the information you send us.

What we collect

Only what you type into the financial review form, and only when you submit it. That is:

• your name and the business name
• your email address, and your phone number if you choose to give one
• the approximate revenue range you select
• the accounting system you use, if you tell us
• the topics you select as things you would like help with
• anything you write in the notes field

The site does not ask you to create an account, and there is nothing else on it that collects information about you.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry and, if it goes further, to work out what an engagement would involve. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not send marketing to people who have only submitted this form.

How it reaches us

When you submit the form, your browser sends it over an encrypted connection to this site, which is hosted for us by a third-party hosting provider. The site composes a single email and hands it to a third-party email delivery provider, which delivers it to our own email account. Your email address is set as the reply address on that message so we can write back to you.

That is the whole path. The website itself does not save your submission — there is no database and no file behind this form. The copies that exist are the email in our mailbox and whatever ordinary operational records the hosting and email providers keep, which are governed by their own terms rather than ours.

Who else sees it

Nobody, apart from the providers above who carry the message and anyone at IGNYTE Financials working on your inquiry. We do not sell the information you send us, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

We would disclose it if the law required us to, which is the one exception we can foresee.

Tracking

We have not added analytics, advertising trackers or third-party embeds to this site, and the site's own code sets no cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server records, such as the requests it serves, as part of running the service.

Keeping it secure

The form is submitted over an encrypted connection, and the credential used to send the email is held on the server, never in your browser. We take reasonable care with what you send us. We cannot promise that any transmission or any inbox is completely secure, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.

Asking us what we hold, or to correct or delete it

Email kyle@ignytefinancials.com and ask. We will tell you what we have from you, correct it, or delete it. If you ask us to delete it, we will delete the inquiry from our own records; we cannot reach into a provider's operational records on your behalf.

Changes to this notice

If what we do changes, this notice changes with it, and the date at the top changes too. There is no archive of previous versions.
