Everything here describes services in general terms. Nothing on this site is accounting, tax, financial or legal advice, and nothing here is an opinion about your particular business. Do not act on it as though it were; talk to us, or to your own adviser, first.

Using the site does not make you a client

Reading these pages, submitting the financial review form, or exchanging emails with us does not create a client, advisory or professional relationship. That begins only when we and you have agreed a written engagement and we have accepted it. Until then, either of us can walk away, and nothing you send obliges us to act.

What the numbers on this site are, and are not

Some of what you see is illustrative, and treating it as a commitment would be a mistake:

• The dashboard imagery and every figure in it use fictional company data. They are a design illustration, not client results, and not an outcome anyone should expect.
• Closing the books within three to five business days is a target, and it depends on receiving the information required to close. It is not a guarantee.
• Published prices are starting points for recurring service. What an engagement actually costs depends on its scope, and implementation and any historical cleanup are scoped separately. Nothing on this site is a quote.

Using the site

You are welcome to read this site, and to use the form to get in touch about your business. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or the systems behind it, submit anything through the form that is not a genuine inquiry, use automated means to submit or harvest from it, or misrepresent who you are.

The content belongs to us

The text, design, layout, graphics and the IGNYTE name and marks on this site are ours, and we keep the rights to them. You may read and share links to these pages. Copying the content for your own commercial use, or using our name or marks in a way that suggests a connection that does not exist, is not permitted.

Third-party services and links

This site is hosted by a third party, and the financial review form is delivered by a third-party email provider. Their handling of what passes through them is governed by their own terms. Where this site links somewhere else, we do not control that destination and are not responsible for it.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep this site available and current, but we do not promise that it will always be reachable, error-free, or up to date, and the form may occasionally be unable to send. If it cannot, it says so and offers you an email address instead — it will not tell you a message was sent when it was not.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its general information — as distinct from work we perform for you under a signed engagement, which that agreement governs. Nothing here limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated terms apply.
